Does anybody know why? My PC and broadband are more than capable of streaming at the quality I've set, it's not that great a quality anyway. The bandwidth usage indicator in OBS at the bottom right is always green and I always have 0 dropped frames. However, I seem to randomly get this message displaying in the bottom left of the OBS window which is something along the lines of "WARNING: Taking too long to encode, skipping frames".
If anybody could help me out with that I'd really appreciate it.
Stream Settings:
Use CBR: yes
Enable CBR padding: yes
Use custom buffer size: yes
Max Bitrate: 3000 (previously 2500)
Buffer Size: 2000 (previously 3000)
Max bitrate and buffer size were changed due to a suggestion in another topic but that failed to fix my issue.
Base Resolution / Custom: 1920x1080
Downscaled: 1536x564 (tried different downscalings and it's still choppy)
Filter: Bilinear (Fastest)
FPS: 29
