Question / Help My FPS under my CPU are dropping when live streaming

Whenever i go live and stream a game like Rainbow Six Seige or PUBG or Fortnite etc. my frames drop like crazy making my stream un enjoyable. I have played with my settings lowering everything changing things around. I need to know why this is happening because i want to stream again.
Pc Specs:
CPU: i7-7700k
GPU: GTX 1080 Strix
RAM: 32 GB
SSD: 250 gb

I have 5mb upload and i stream at 3000 bit-rate but i even tried lowering that to 2000 but it did nothing.

Interesting. Not sure what the "gs_duplicator_update_frame: Failed to update frame" error indicates, might need a Dev to chime in on this one as my google-fu is failing too... aside from finding 3-4 other people with the same issue, none of which had any kind of resolution.
The latency tree indicates it's coming from the gs_flush step though.

If it was me, I'd try updating the graphics driver. If you're on the latest already, try rolling back to the previous version and see if it resolves... nVidia has been breaking A LOT OF THINGS in their recent driver updates. All of this assumes you aren't running a background graphics hook (SweetFX, MSI Afterburner, etc) of any kind. If you are, that'd be the first thing to uninstall before the driver rollback. Also, if you're running in GPU compatibility mode for any reason, turn it off. It's been the root of a lot of problems from the threads posted over the last few days.

I tried rolling back and nothing changed. Also no programs are running as listed. I streamed for 15 hours on League of Legends about a month ago and had no problems and ever since ive been having it. I tried to retrace my steps so i can find the issue but nothing seems to work. Thanks for you time though!

"Number of lagged frames due to rendering lag/stalls: 185695 (39.4%)"
Looks like the GPU is utilized up to 99%. Make sure, the GPU load stays below 90% and those rendering problems should vanish.
If you don't know, how to reduce the GPU load, just enable an fps limit in your games and then change details, until the GPU load stays under 90%.
