Question / Help My FPS is low when recording

Specs: rx560 (i use my gpu to record)
Bitrate: 10000
FPS OBS has specified: 30

My FPS 10-25

why is obs giving me frame drops.

Change to simple output mode, indistinguishable recording quality.

what i do requires multiple audio tracks? will my advanced setting save if i go back to advanced mode?
