So, i come across people constanty asking when the roxio capture will be availiable for use in th OBS software, but i found a solution.
P.S when i say roxio, i mean the roxio game cap program
My setup,
2 Monitors (dual screen and i switch between one for PC and HDMI input).
Roxio game cap.
and what your roxio is capturing.
Step By Step ;
1) open the OBS program and the roxio game cap program
2) start capture in the roxio program and move to the other monitor (fullscreen the program window, not the capture image) (you will see why later)
3) On OBS start preview, and add window capture, and tick the Sub-Reigion box and select Roxio.
4) SELECT THE IMAGE (what the roxio is picking up on input) not the whole window.
5) now, if done correctly it will come up as a normal window capture on tghe OBS window, resize to whaever you will like it to be and done!
if all done correct, should look like http://i.imgur.com/BVrMF8n.jpg
You will still have the 2 sec delay that the roxio has, but you will capture it fine, as long as you dont move, or cover the image up on the other monitor, it will work (used many times, not failed yet)
counldnt find how to do this anywhere else , but if someone has done this before, i didnt steal it and the more people who konw about this the better!
