Hello guys, i've got small problem with my start in streaming world.
I've alot om high-end stuff and alot of ideas. How to start correctly?
My PC specs:
-980Ti
-4790K
-16GB 2400mhz ram
-PG278Q monitor
Internet connection speed: 250/20 (download/upload)

I'm wondering about buying card like Avermedia.
I really wanna stream in 1080@60 (or 30 fps if 60 will be not available for me), and i wanna record the stuff for youtube channel too, at the same time in best resolution I can.

Any advices to do it in the best way?

Thanks

Capture cards are only for 2 PC setups, or Console and PC, where you run the game on one and you dedicate the other to just streaming. If you're on a 1 PC setup, and you're not trying to stream a console, then you have no need for a capture card. In fact having one would make things worse, not better.

There is no Reason buying a Capture Card if you are not going to Stream Handhelds/Consoles or going with a 2PC Streaming Setup.

Your Setup should handle streaming without a Problem. Though 1080p60 is generally not doable especially not if you are not a Twitch Partner, due to the high Bitrate needs, or trying to stream CPU intensive games due to High CPU load.

This doesnt mean you are not allowed to do so, but as a general Guidline as us "normal" Streamers is sticking to 720p30 with 2000Bitrate and rather playing around with Presets and x264 Commands to squeeze out the best possible Quality within the limited Range.

Quick Info Recommended max from Twitch is 3500Bitrate if you go excessively over their limit like a 8000 Bitrate you will probably end up getting banned. Not even to mention that literally 99% of your Viewers will drop out anyway.
