My file sizes are larger than normal.

Ok, so I have been doing youtube for about a month. I use premiere Pro to edit my videos and the OBS recordings are normally 30 minutes to like 2 hours. The file sizes are pretty small, they were about 1-3 Gigabytes. The quality was fine till recently I saw a lack of quality in my videos and I output to 1080p60 in premiere so I knew it was something with OBS. I was watching some videos on the issue I had and changed a few things. This morning I woke up and decided to record a video, I finish it at like 1 hour and I get off my PC. Just now I went to go edit that video and it showed that it was 20 gigabytes! I want the best of quality for my viewers but I only have like 40 gigs of space left. I need help please.

If you want consistent file size, then use CBR as your Rate Control (or ABR or VBR). If you want consistent quality, then use CQP/CRF as your Rate Control. You really can't do both.

20 GBs is still pretty small for the source file, so add more storage.

Ok I get it now I will probably switch the file location to my 500GB drive and keep the quality. Thank you.
