My Elgato is terrible quality even though its 1080p

My elgato HD60 is set at 1080p in OBS and it seems to record smoothly however it looks grainy and awful quality.

Change your x264 preset from ultrafast to veryfast and try setting the YUV Color Range to partial if your source is partial.

Thanks for the help, it seems to have partly worked however still seems a bit grainy, have you got any more advice? Below was my most recent log.
