Bug Report My donations and follows doesnt work

When someome donate to me or follows me, it doesnt appear in OBS, just nothing, what can i do with it?

as OBS only writes important performance data during recording or streaming sessions.

ok you using OBS-Studio ^^
then i think this is related to your notification provider
try if the alerts show up in chrome browser direkt

i tried, they show up in chrome browser direkt
but in obs they dont but u know they sometimes show and i had a moment that was sound only without image
