My clips are very laggy my clip froze for 1 minute straight

I am not a coding expert. In fact, im just a youtuber. I just wanna know how to fix this problem. I have been using obs for a while this is the second time this happend. it worked some other times though

Oh and my obs turned black screen so i accidentally made 2 display captures but does that affect my recordings?

blackscreen problem try this

and try Quicksync encoder problem is in my eyes that he cant render the frames fast enough and fill your ram and the its laggy a notebook the without a 3d card is not the best to stream or recording games
Blackscreen problem fixed already
