Question / Help My Clips are always under 1 fps

Ive been trying to make OBS have a better fps but it just doesnt work. It looks fine when im recording my game with game capture, however when I go to watch the video in file explorer it opens and the video has like 1 frame ever 5-15 seconds. Im not sure what im doing wrong, Ive followed almost 15 youtube tutorials however nothing seems to work. Everything is very smooth in the software however once its been saved to my computer, it just is so bad i dont even want to watch it. What do i do?
 

Please post a log with your issue! Here's how...

OBS Studio creates a log file each time you run it which contains very useful diagnostic information. Without a log file, it's much harder for any support volunteers to figure out problems and your post may be ignored. To upload a log file, go to the Help menu > Log Files > Upload Last Log...
