I use an Elgato capture card neo for recording games, and recently its been freezing in the preview. I have refreshed the video capture device source multiple times, I have updated drivers to the best of my knowledge, adjusted different setting, but it keeps freezing. As well on occasion when I try to check the properties of the source OBS will sometimes just close itself. I've checked the logs and it said

I do not know what this means. Also there is a chance it "fixes itself" for a short period, but when it does that I can hear the pc sound effect of something disconnecting, then reconnecting
