Question / Help My capture card is only showing color bars?? PLEASE HELP!

I use OBS for Twitch and I think what happened was I left the capture card attached to the Xbox One for so long it overheated. Now, it's only showing color bars! I've tried searching for an answer, but there isn't any answers that actually is helpful. Please, I would love to Twitch again.

If you suspect hardware failure, you need to contact the capture card manufacturer. OBS can't fix broken hardware.
