My camera stops working once i reinstall OBS

So I was using OBS earlier this afternoon and I was messing around trying to figure out how to add my mic and as i exited the camera properties I clicked discard any changes and it disabled my webcam, i have tried multiple things to get it to work again and so far factory resetting my laptop fixes it but once i installed OBS it disables my webcam and says that its not installed. How do i get it to work with OBS again?
 
this is a screenshot of what is going on right now, I uninstalled the virtual camera and had my webcam working but once i reopened obs my webcam stopped working again
