My Browser source always say "Something went wrong"

at first my borwer source is working like the others but suddenly it say "something went wrong"

i try to disable broswer source hardware acceleration and enable it again and again.

i tried to uninstall the obs,i've followed tutorial on Youtube but it still doesn't work.

please help,i just want to streaming again
