Question / Help My bitrate always creates lag but my fps is good

im tryning to stream csgo but it always lags but the fps is good i get around 70-120 fps on csgo, these are my csgo settings

here's my PC spec:

gtx 730 2GB
Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-6400 CPU @ 2.70 GHz 2.71 GHz
12GB Ram

Internet speeds:

Download: 24.45 Mbps
Upload: 9.32 Mbps


im not sure what to use for anything so if theres is anything i should change on this please let me know
