I tried using the estimator but it didn't fine tune the way I need it to.
My stream should be working fine, but it's pixelated and a bit strange looking.
Here are my specs (At the top of Log):

also, when I analyze the log, it tells me to either lower resolution or increase bit rate. i had some pixelattion and artifacting while streaming, even at 3,000 kb/s

The combination of settings you are using will likely lead to a low quality stream with artifacting and other problems. Consider either raising your bitrate or lowering your resolution / FPS (qval: 0.032)"
My Upload speed is 11mps, and I'm confused as to why the quality is shoddy.
