My Audio keeps cutting out with I scream or laugh

I use OBS mainly to get clips of games but I keep noticing that whenever I get loud like a scream or laugh the audio cuts out. I've tested if it does it with other software like audacity and it never cuts out when I get loud. I linked a unlisted video with me talking, screaming, and laughing. I've also linked a video with me really laughing to show in a non-test format. When I start laughing it really just cuts out. I've tried putting a limiter on it at -4db and disabling my RNNoise suppression but still the same issue. Thanks in advance.

Mic setup:
Rode Procaster
Routing into a DBX 286s
Routed into a Scarlett Solo
Windows Audio set to 75-80

your soundcard clips look at the clip lamp on the scarlet !

I just tested it and the light was red. Also I've had the Scarlet turned all the way down I turned the output on the DBS all the way down (it was a 25% before) and I turn windows sound from 80% to 100% to compensate. The Scarlet doesn't turn red anymore but it still cuts out in OBS. I tested a lot different configs in Audacity and no clipping. I've tried several different configs and it still clips.

You have filters on your audio device that are likely causing this.

I think that fixed it. Thanks. I guess I'll just go without noise suppression.
