Question / Help My audio is not being heard on video even thought it says it is picking it up

I have literally tried time and time again, following instructions on already existing forums, changing my settings, etc. I have only been conducting test with this right now as I am new to this but I have no idea why I can't hear anything.

Can you post a screenshot of your OBS mixer, as well as the advanced window? (click the gear, go to advanced settings)

I found out my audio is just fine for other people who view my same recording file but whenever I play the recording there is no sound. Any help?

Update (not really): I just needed to restart the video myself and everything was all good. I'm dumb.
