Question / Help My audio is low pitched and I cannot fix it

Hello!
So I just got a new capture card and have been messing around with it. However, when I select it under "Audio Input Capture", all the audio is low pitched and it sounds really bad. I have no idea how to fix this; I see other threads with things like "pulseaudio" and other things that I have yet to learn about. Please help!

Hi, make sure that the frequency is 48000hz everywhere.. sound settings, OBS, capture card, etc. On all devices aswell.

Ok I will try that, although where can I find both my capture card settings and my sound settings on my pc?
Also I am recording Switch Gameplay, if that helps
