My audio is choppy when streaming or recording Please help!

So I have had troubles with my audio in OBS since I started and have never fixed it. It is not my PC as it should be able to record very well so I know it is OBS settings or somthing please help!

im having the same issue
every two seconds or so the audio skips like 3 beats and i dont know how to fix it
