Question / Help Mutli-streams on Youtube using OBS

Hi guys!

First time poster, sorry if this is a super obvious question that's been answered before.

So, what I'm trying to do is use Youtube's streaming service to host a bi-weekly multi-artist livestream show, called Quick Draw. We don't use Picarto because of the limit to how many artists you can invite to a multi-stream, and so far Google Hangouts On-air has served our purposes. However, I'd really like to try to somehow use OBS instead of Google Hangouts so I can better control the stream's settings, add lower thirds graphics, logos, and such to each person's feed to better distinguish who's talking. Currently, it can get chaotic and confusing with Google Hangouts focusing on the person that's talking video.

Is there a way to use OBS in this fashion? Is there a way for everyone's streams to feed into one person's OBS as a hub and then that person can stream the combine feeds onto Youtube? I already know that it's possible to stream on youtube using OBS. I just haven't figured out how to multi-stream using OBS on Youtube.

Thanks for any advice :D
