Bug Report mute/unmute mic hotkey

I've seen that there are some known issues with hotkeys not working when not running as an administrator, but all my hotkeys have worked perfectly - with the exception of the mute/unmute mic hotkey. Aside from that, every other customized hotkey has worked fine (including the mute/unmute Desktop hotkey.) Thoughts? Has anyone else encountered this? Apologies if this has been covered in another post, I searched pretty thoroughly and found nothing.

I've tried combonations with ctrl as well as just assigning numpad keys, all of which have worked fine for toggling the desktop audio
