Bug Report Musical Chairs: Video Capture Device Edition

Hello! I'm posting this in hopes that I can get an answer to better regulate my OBS.
I am using a Logitech C615 Webcam, and my issue is, that every time I open OBS, my webcam decides to play what I would call "Musical Chairs" and picks a random scene to work on, and only on that scene. Now I like to use multiple different scenes for my webcam, so that I can fit more fluidly into games, such as a hexagon for Heroes of the Storm and a Bordered corner in Hearthstone. Now, however, my webcam only works in 1 scene, I cannot fluidly switch scenes as I want, and everytime I open OBS it's randomly on another scene, working as intended, but ONLY ON that scene.
Please help asap! I will admit, I'm fairly new

Here's the issue with that:
I use OBS Studio, and if I add existing, then i would have to game with the same filter for every game, and as
I mentioned before, I would like each of my scene's to have a specialized view for each game.
It doesn't change the fact that everytime I open up OBS, the camera has chosen a random scene to work on.

Because of how scenes work, that's not a valid complaint anymore.

Create a new scene for each filter set that you're using on the camera.
Add the camera using add existing on each of those screens and fit them to fill the scene.
Then add your filters to the whole scene and add the scenes in place of the webcams.

The underlying cause for the webcam behavior is that you can only ever use one video capture device in one program at a time and each separate capture source you try to add (add new) counts as a separate program.
