I already selected do nothing in the communication tab in sound control pannel.

My problem is, when I record video with OBS, my system volume goes down when I say something in microphone, and it goes up again when a quit saying something in microphone.
My volume in headphone is same, but it affects sound level in recorded videos.
It happens same with other video recorders so I think it isn't the problem of the OBS.
I don't use any other sound drivers except windows basic driver so I think it isn't the driver's fault.
I use Windows 10 with the latest update.

Could you guys help me?

Go into the sound configuration of Windows, the last tab called "Communication". Disable the sound ducking (last option). This is a Windows feature to lower the volume of other devices, whenever Windows detects activity on a communication device. You should are able to follow any conversation better is the idea behind it.
