Music speeds up

Hello, i have the following issue. When i do an break of streaming, but still later gonna comeback to go on, i always put music on from a radio station. The sound comes from the browser in obs. After a few seconds (if i'm lucky 5mins) the music speeds up.

1. How is it even possible to speed up music that is currently being broadcasted. (Radio)
2. Is there even a fix?
