Hi guys. So .. i stream and record. But, to be honest when I dont stream the same thing happens.

when I play, no stuttering.. smooth picture and sound, the same with my streams. No lag, perfect streams.

When I watch back and try to edit my recordings, two things happen.

1. Out of the 6 different channels I use the sound goes crazy or cuts out on all channels except the one that records my voice and game sound. So, this is annoying as Sometimes I need these separated..

2, The picture seems to have lag... it goes jerky and stutters from time to time.

Also, the files seem to be huge and take forever to upload to youtube :/ this never used to be a problem..

Can anyone suggest a solution? Thanks in advance.

Not sure what could be going on with the audio side of things, logs aren't really showing anything that would help there. Have you verified that your sample rate is the same across all audio devices? Are you using device timestamps or no?

For the video though, you're encountering a LOT of rendering lag. First and foremost, for your nvenc encoding options, change from "Max Quality" to "Quality", and turn off PsychoVisual Tuning. Both of these options leverage CUDA, which requires additional GPU usage outside of the nvenc encoder.

Past that, there are 2 options
- Limit your GPU usage in-game. Cap your framerate, and lower your graphics settings to the point where your GPU usage remains below 80-90%.
- Turn game mode on (under windows game settings), and run OBS in administrator mode. 24.0.3 has a feature that allows it to tell windows to include it for GPU prioritization, but it isn't guaranteed to work for everyone. YMMV.
