Multiple webcams causing issues

Howdy,
I've got a problem when using two webcams that have the same manufacturer in OBS.
I've got them both as two separate Video Capture Devices, names VC1 & VC2.
The webcam is -

The issue is that the webcams have the same name on windows, which seems to cause problems in OBS by only allowing one to be active at one time.
I suspect this is a problem with OBS not reading the MAC address of each separate webcam when inputted.
I can use both simultaneously on other programs, so I'm confident this issue is local to OBS

Any suggestions welcome, TIA!

Yeah it’s a real pain in the butt the 3 Logitech cameras keep showing up with the same name … I even have gone as far as changing their “friendly name” in regedit on windows . And nothing. The work around is that all the cameras need to not be doubled up on a usb hub and into their own port on the computer. Also the option where the camera deactivates when it’s not on . There needs to be something done about this I have 5 cameras for my dj stream . I really hope that is gets fixed .
