EDITED for system specs.
I will post a log file and system specs shortly when I return to my office.
I'm streaming using a total of five cameras. 2 are ivcam phones and 3 are identical webcams. The phones work fine. The webcams show in device manager and work in other apps individually. However I can only get one to show in one scene of OBS. The first scene that has a webcam will load. I can go in the properties and swap to the other two, no problems. However if I swap tk a scene that calls on a different webcam, I lose all of them typically but not always. I do however have no webcam picture in any scene but the first one i click on.
I have the cameras hooked through a powered hub, a USB 3 port and a USB 2 port respectively. To my knowledge they are on different controllers as well. Resolution is set to 720 for them as well, format is MJPEG. I have noticed no change with resolution or format. I've also uninstalled/reinstalled and disabeld/enabled. The cameras were plug and play so they downloaded their own drivers.
It feels like a long time ago but they did all 3 work in OBS briefly However I had a lot of flicker and framerate at that time which I chalked up to the ports I was using as they were initially installed in a pcie card I was using.
I did rename the webcams in the registry. That seemed to only actually effect one camera and did not have any effect on my issue.
Any troubleshooting would be appreciated. I know this is feasible as at one point they did all work natively in OBS.
I'm not experiencing any issues with my CPU usage or any time of freezing or lagging that would seem to indicate a CPU or RAM issue. This is a machine that is only used for streaming and video editing, it's also virus scanned often. Just trying to rule out anything it could be.

Windows 11
