Multiple (Virtual) Desktops

Hi, I use Dexpot which gives you the ability to have as many virtual desktops as you want. Is there a way where OBS would be able to support virtual desktops? It would help immensely, especially for those people who can't afford to buy another Monitor, or are using laptops.
 
I actually use Dexpot myself. Windows on another screen are minimized and hidden from the taskbar when you're not on that desktop, so it's impossible to capture them.
