"multiple system effects are active on the selected device" and default setting for video capture device

Hey! First time OBS user and forum-poster. Without downloading anything to OBS I found a window yesterday that let me change the background in my video capture device. Whether I was streaming via my mac, go pro, phone, or dslr camera the background was whatever I set it to. I set it to a blacked out one (not background removal). But now I'm trying to do some other changes today and I can't find that window.

've spent the last three hours searching everything, deleting the settings folder, re-installing, and I'm feeling very gas-lit. Whenever I select a new input for the video capture device I get a yellow pop-up that says, "multiple system effects are active on the selected device." Where can I get to that window with OBS' default camera filters so I can stream just normal footage?

Help please! Thank you!

Whether I was streaming via my mac, go pro, phone, or dslr camera the background was whatever I set it to (a beach, an office, a blank screen) and I was automatically masked. I set it to a blacked out one (not background removal), and it was nice seeing me auto-masked in the void. But now I'm trying to do some other changes today and I can't find that window.

I can see myself, but this un-wanted mask effect remains applied. Where can I get to that window with OBS' default camera filters so I can stream just normal footage?

SUCCESS!!!!!
No wonder why there was absolutely no button for it in OBS:
At the top of the computer menu (not in the OBS menu), likely wherever you have your bluetooth and wifi icons, on a mac, there's a green button with a camera. Click on it and it should say OBS Studio, and it'll be green if you have the camera running (green light on near face HD cam). In that drop down menu there'll be an option "background." You can change your background to a color or a scene (maybe with a rainbow).

I DID IT!!! FIVE HOURS LATER!
