So in a nutshell, the reason for wanting 2 stream outputs is so I can have 1 high quality stream, aswell as 1 lower quality stream. Basically the equivalent as the different quality toggles for Twitch partners, but obviously not being a partner.
I have NBN (fiber optic) in Australia and my upload speed is 5 times as fast as the average of the ADSL connections that my friends have. So I would like it if I was able to stream to my normal channel at about a 4-5mbit bitrate, and have another stream outputting to another channel on Twitch at a 2mbit bitrate. I'm think I remember xSplit having this feature, but just wondering if it's possible for OBS. Thanks.
