Question / Help Multiple Stream Quality?

Hi I'm not sure if this has been answered or not so I decided to make a post. I am wondering if there is a way to stream in multiple different qualities. For exxample, when I used Xsplit, my stream on twitch had the option to choose 240p - 720p, however with OBS, the only option for my viewers are 1080p because that's what I have my resolution set as. I am wondering if there was a way for a variety of stream qualities that the viewers can choose with OBS. Thank You.

Well yes and no. You can open multiple instances of OBS by adding "-multi" but that will also cause your CPU to double, assuming 2 instances of OBS with the same settings. There is no option that allows you to do that with one instance of OBS.

What bothers me is that you say with xsplit you had 240p -720p options on twitch, thats a TWITCH partner feature and has nothing to do with obs. So it wouldnt make sense for them to be gone with obs. Maybe i just misunderstand your post though..

XeiZ I believe in the early stages of Xsplit (Maybe not anymore, i don't know) it was possible to set the transcode availabe in XSplit itself. I could be wrong tho.

EDIT: Okay, I'm wrong.:P
