Because you use monitor capture, obs is capturing itself which causes this effect. You can either use window or game capture or move the obs window to another screen. It also will stop if you just minimize the obs window.

No worries man, this is fully normal if you capture OBS with screencapture, its like looking at mirror that is right infront of another mirror :)
