Multiple Screens Present

I'm just getting our OBS program set up. I did something and now I have multiple duplicate screens within the screens getting smaller each screen. What did I do and how do I undo it.

sounds like the source of your active scene is the current window (Display Capture) in which OBS is running.
Toggle studio mode to see preview window as well, that helps to understand whats going on

Definitely have a Display Capture pointed at the screen OBS is on. It's just like pointing a camera at a TV showing what the camera sees. Called the Droste effect, or 'hall of mirrors'.
Move OBS to your second, un-captured monitor. And remember that Display Captures are the least-performant capture method, and should be avoided if at all possible.
