Question / Help Multiple Mics and Audio Delay.

I'm using Astro A40's with an Astro Power splitter in order for my Xbox1 party chat to be recorded while I stream live. I'm also using a Blue Snowball so my live commentary can also be picked up live while streaming. My problem is having the 2 mic audios sync up..1 is always ahead of the other and its causing a echo as they come in at different times...is there a way for this to be corrected and is the Snowball even needed for the stream to hear me. Every where I have read says I need 2 mics. Thank you.
