Question / Help Multiple live inputs

Does OBS allow me to have multiple camera inputs. For example, can I have four live feeds broadcasting in to the software at once, bit like a CCTV screen?

You are limited only by the hardware / OS. OBS has no built in limits.

With the multiple can you have say a fixed camera at the laptop site and a roaming camera / mobile phone sending feed back to laptop site?If this is a newbie question yes I have been found out I am as new as can be,any help abuse will be greatly appreciated.Streaming of a live event- U/18's Party.

On a sufficiently beefy machine, logitech c920s can do the job (their zoom options are limited).
Any camera with a directshow source will work without significant effort.

Try to keep it to progressive scan cameras though, if you know what's good for you. :P
