Question / Help Multiple instances?

Hello guys.I am quite new to OBS,I have googled that OBS can use multiple instances.
I wanna ask that how do I do that,in order to

• Record (not stream) two games at same time
• The game may have same launching files (.exe)
• Minimize the ram usage (I got 16GB so its not a big problem)
• With two OBSs,because I need to use different quality,

I have tried to open two OBSs and it doesn't work since one of them shows a black screen...

If you use obs and obs mp it could be maybe work.

Same launching exe will be the problem here.

Because of underlying apis, capture software tends to have problems differentiating between separate instances of a game UNLESS you have a way to give them separate title bars.

Yep,I do,using https://autohotkey.com/docs/Tutorial.htm as I googled before and I gave them different title names

The title bar in the application would need to be different in order for OBS to be able to tell the difference.

Separate exe name for the launch could work.

No. Title bar or different EXE name.
