Multiple input and output sources, video and audio?

How do you set it up so that you can have audio coming through two headsets (one hooked up through optical audio/usb and the other through the regular mic and headset 3.5mm plugs) as well as through HDMI? Our computer is hooked up to our AV receiver through HDMI which then goes to our TV. We want to be able to use two headsets for sound and speaking, as well as having sound through the TV.

So basically we would like to hear the games we stream from two headsets, plus our TV, and want to be able to have us both be able to talk on the mics from both headsets.

On top of that, input from a USB webcam so we can both be on screen.

It seems like this can be done, but I'm not sure how to get it all working because right now we can only get audio through one headset, but we can both talk on the mics?

I have an Astro A50 headset and my gf has a Turtle Beach Recon Spark headset.

Been busy and just getting back to this now, I don't seem to have voicemeter as an option. Just all of the devices individually

nvm, got it installed, but I'm only able to output to two devices, not 3. also looks different from yours.

I only have A1 and A2 outputs.

ok, so used Banana instead and have the requisite outputs, but now all I can do is get audio from the mics, and output the mic audio to the 3 sources.
Things like music, game audio or anything that isn't a microphone isn't getting sound, although I did have sound going out to twitch at one point from the game, but the mic audio wasn't streaming.

So I'm confused how to set this all up right.
