I am bulgarian SC2 caster and we organize something like a smaller equivalent of the popular HomeStory Cup. On our first event we had a problem when plugging 2 same model cameras on OBS on version 0.41 if im not mistaken, when switching different scenes where both the cameras appeared OBS was crashing each time we switch the scene, and we were stuck to only one scene where the cams were working properly, just to finish our first event. However now we are growing bigger and we would really like to connect more cameras to OBS so we can preview to our viewers the wonderful atmosphere we are creating. My question is, is there a possibility that we connect a cam trough the network and how can OBS detect it ? Cause we will have cameras all over the flat and we don't have so long USB cables to connect them, so is there a way to share the cam on the network and then how can OBS access it ? Also on the newer versions are there problems with multiple webcams of same model on OBS, cause I think that was one of the problems in our first event - OBS was not detecting the camera properly probably cause they had the same model/name and was crashing when switching scenes.
