Question / Help Multiple Audio streams for a video recording.

I'm making a video... I have audio that I want included and audio I don't want included... must be a common situation. However, every time I set things up I always get a single audio stream when I open the recorded video (using OBS) in VideoPad Video editor... My system includes... Windows 10 Pro, OBS studio, Voice-meter Banana and of course Videopad. I'm recording a video game (DCS World)... I want recorded audio separated into two streams. Game sounds vs Voice sounds... I also want the Voice sounds separated into recorded voice (Integral to the video), and non-recorded voice (Coordination with players etc...). I use SRS (Simple Radio) as the integral voice and Discord and Voice Attack as coordination voice. All three use the same Microphone (but different mic-switches) to activate... I'm stumped... can this be done?

All good, but my question is... having separated the various audio tracks in OBS... when I load the video into VideoPad to edit it only has one track? Is this normal or what am I not seeing... what am I doing wrong?

Either the video doesn't contain more than one track in the first place, or if there are multiple tracks present, VideoPad isn't able to process more than one track. I cannot tell if VideoPad is able to process more than one track, I don't know that app. I also cannot guess if you configured OBS correctly to write multiple tracks, since you didn't tell how you configured OBS.
To see what tracks are present in a video, you can use MediaInfo.

I'm assuming that MediaInfo is a downloadable program... I'll look. I will check to see if VideoPad can accept multiple audio tracks. I used the advanced Mode on the Output tab under settings in OBS... I also used Voicemeeter Banana to control my audio in windows and separated Windows/game sounds from mic sounds for two tracks... then setup audio in OBS on the Audio tab in settings to reflect those two audio inputs... Voicemeeter (Windows/Game sounds) for Desktop Audio and My headset mic under Mic/Aux.

I did check and found MediaInfo and my recording did have the extra audio tracks I recorded... so now I'm checking to see if VideoPad can accept those tracks... Thanks

I actually had requested that information yesterday and checking my email just now I got the response... VideoPad won't accept a single file with multiple audio tracks... Can you recommend a good program that does accept multiple audio tracks from a single file... such as the one from OBS?
