Question / Help Multiple audio sources to same output

Is there any way to make teamspeak output audio onto another virtual device maybe so i can set its volume in obs differently from everything else but it will still output sound to my only headphones. I tried virtual audio cable but i have to run two audio repeaters because itunes is not working on any of my outputs.
