Question / Help Multiple Audio During Stream

Hi, I'm new to OBS and streaming and appreciate any help on this. When I stream, the playback repeats my audio input 3 times, each at a lower volume and at the same delay. Can someone help me with this or know why this is happening?

Notes:
I'm using a Blue Snowball microphone
It happens when I am using only headphones and the mic with no sound from my speakers.
Windows 8 OS
Dual monitor

You most likely have one or two copies of your stream open somewhere, either the preview on your dashboard, or your channel page. Remember, OBS captures ALL AUDIO going through the system audio device. Mute the preview stream, pause it, or close it.

Had this happen to me when I was testing an embedded version of the player on my website, and forgot I'd left the page open.

Alternately, make sure that your webcam doesn't have its mic enabled in the source Properties, if you aren't using it to record your voice.
