Question / Help Multichannel Audio Streaming

Does OBS offer the capability to do both of the following things?
1. Audio Multichannel Streaming
2. Stereo Streaming (by sending two independent audio signals to the left and right channel ) We prefer the first option though.
I am wanting to be able to send a stream with two languages at the same time.
Do you have any instructions for how to it with these two ways?

No, mostly as there are no streaming services that support alternate/second audio channel playback or receipt. Surround-sound audio support is planned, but it won't do what you're looking for.

Simple.... You must run your OBS with different users ;)
You can run at the same time as many instances as you need (your CPU and RAM is the limitation)
How to run several instances?
STEP 1) Create a new user in Windows (only for this purpose)
STEP 2) Press key SHIFT-CAPS + RIGHT CLICK on the executable... the select "Run as different user".
STEP 3) Write user/pass of the user you created recently...
