How do I turn off the multi-streaming pop up window when OBS starts up?

Are you serious? The only way to remove this intrusive, annoying waste of screen space is to completely remove a feature we might occasionally need? And your process for adding/removing plugins is completely obtuse on top of it... Absurd.
