Question / Help Multi purposes streaming build requirements

Hi All!

I'm fairly new to all this so apologies if I'm asking the wrong questions or in the wrong place etc!

I'm looking to build a PC with 3 aims in mind, 1 is to possibly stream a game live while recording my face which is fairly standard affair, the game itself isn't out yet but has the following min requirements (and its not a fast paced shooter so it doesn't need to be the absolute best at all)
  • Processor: Intel Core i5-2300 @ 2.80 GHz / AMD FX-4350 @ 4.2 GHz
  • Memory: 8 GB RAM
  • Graphics: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 460 or AMD Radeon HD 5870
  • DirectX: Version 11
I was also hoping to use the same machine to run chat streams using the same camera to record myself and recording a skype stream from someone else, this doesn't feel like it should need much over and above streaming the game in the first instance so shouldn't be a problem.

Thirdly I was hoping to use the machine to stream playing board games utilising just camera's/webcams for a lot of the inputs (mostly just one camera with an hdmi out right now with the rest being USB webcams at least in the short term).

So my question is, what kind of hardware should I look at to make all this achieveable?

Thanks in advance for any help and advice people can give!

Pete
