Multi-projector support per scene?

I'm trying to figure out how to replace an analog video switching setup with OBS.

What I have is four cameras which are used in pairs. (This is for displaying action during a FIRST LEGO League match.)
For example, table 1 has two fields next to each other (A & B) and camera 1 is filming field A on table 1, camera 2 is filming field B on table 1 and camera 3 & 4 similarly on table 2. A match runs on only 1 table (both fields) at a time.
Currently I have two projectors setup and analog switches that allow me to display either field 1A or 2A on the left projector and 1B or 2B on the right projector.
In OBS, I can use the projector feature to configure the video source for a single projector, so I can switch the left projector between field 1A or 2A by selecting the specific scene.
I think I could use two OBS instances to control each half, but that seems to get messy in that I would like to use the stream feature as well and the stream would combine 1A & 1B or 2A & 2B into a split screen image. I don't want to do that with the projectors because that would shrink the size of the objects. We are watching LEGO robots which aren't very large...
My current analog setup doesn't stream and it uses two independent video switches to get the effect, but it works well and it's pretty easy to use both hands to flip each switch to change the cameras.
The ideal solution, I think, would be if I could configure two projector outputs for a scene. Then I could setup a scene to be the combined 1A & 1B video for the stream and the projectors would display input 1A on the left projector and input 1B on the right, a second scene would switch to using inputs 2A & 2B.

Would appreciate any tips on how I might set up such configuration.

Thanks!
