Can OBS do multiple streams at once?? I cast on two different sites and it would be nice to be able to do both sites at once. If so, please tell me the steps necessary to achieve this goal..Thx

Not currently, this has been planned for OBS Multiplatform. For now, you have to resort to using an nginx server to allow you to do this: https://obsproject.com/forum/resources/how-to-set-up-your-own-private-rtmp-server-using-nginx.50/
