Question / Help Multi-Capture card CPU/GPU

Yo homies, I could use some brains on this one.

I'm building a setup where multiple people are playing in the same room and are all feeding into the same streaming PC.
Right now I have two capture cards (Elgato HD60S's) and neither my MBPro (running windows) nor a little PC I acquired can run them both simultaneously. It's a little disheartening considering I'm eventually looking to get to FOUR players at once and I can't even currently do two.

Can anyone recommend the MINIMUM CPU/GPU requirements for both 2 cards and 4 cards?

Thanks

Is there a conflict with the cards or just a lack of horsepower on the CPU?

I just haven't tried multiple sources like that myself to be able to tell you. But there is an Elgato rep that maybe has heard of people doing this: @LtRoyalShrimp that can speak to it.

I recently updated my streaming PC using this guide: https://www.reddit.com/r/Twitch/comments/47bzdc/budget_friendly_secondary_streaming_pc_guide . Worked out great and should be more than able to handle what you need at a good price, as long as you pick a motherboard (the most expensive part of this build as it turns out) with the right number and kind of PCIe slots.

Just lack of horsepower. I've been in contact with Phil (LtRoyalShrimp) and he has sent me drivers to run multiple at a time. My MBP has gotten close. I lose frames and it causes audio problems but the video looks ok. The PC can't even load them both in (it only has an i5).

I'll check out your build. Still open to any other answers in this forum.
