Question / Help Multi-cam switching in OBS recognizes one El Gato capture device at a time?

My hardware: Dell laptop/Cannon VIXIA HF R500
Capture Devices: El Gato Game Capture HD60 and El Gato HD.
Software: Windows XP/OBS version 0.657/ YouTube Live stream 720/30fps

Multi-cam switching in OBS recognizes one El Gato capture device at a time?

I am having problems setting up multi-cams using two Cannon VIXIA HF R500's with El Gato HD60 & HD capture devices with OBS.

Both camera's are connecting to El Gato devices going into the laptop's usb ports and I am able to create a new scene for each camera but when I try to connect each camera in the edit scene/device drop down menu, only one El Gato device option is available. When I use two cameras, I get a red background for one of the cameras. I am able to use the web-camera from the laptop as a second camera but that's not what I want to do.

This is probably an issue with Elgato drivers not supporting multiple devices. You'll need to contact them for support.
