Bug Report Multi-Adapter Compatibility Issue

Hello all,

Pretext
I am part of a Binding of Isaac community and we have had a lingering bug that wasn't solved until today. Many of us use OBS to stream the game to Twitch. The bug has been noticed for at least the last 2 major revisions of OBS (v19 and v20). We noticed it this morning while someone was streaming and while they were doing so I debugged it with them and they were able to fix it. I then reproduced it myself and made a video that is linked at the end of this thread.

The Issue
Some people I theorize don't know what all the settings in the game do. Most use game capture with the multi-adapter compatibility being one of them possibly turned on thinking it will give better FPS while streaming. This option triggers a very strange bug in the game itself. Isaac has a "creep" element that when the source is from an enemy, it damages Isaac. While looking into this I found that while this setting was turned on, creep became innate in the game, which stopped damaging Isaac. I put together a video that shows this in action.

Would it be possible to look into why this is happening, and potentially fix it as I believe having the option available to people who have multi-gpu setups should be able to use it if they need to.

Thanks for the making OBS and hopefully we can fix the problem!

I had a similar issue. With this option enabled, my FPS was really low and someone in the live chat told me to disable it and it was corrected.
